Leadership Accomplishments

I built and scaled an in-house design and experience team that led the digital transformation of The General's mobile app, primary sales website, and accompanying design system.

I developed a hybrid brand and research team that is leading the strategic transformation of The General's brand. Projects include, crafting a new brand architecture, a multi-year brand evolution roadmap, and a research-centered commercial campaign and production process.
